Directions
Put the quick cooking macaroni into boiling salted water and cook for 7 minutes only.
Meanwhile make the cheese sauce.
Strain the macaroni and melt the butter in the pan, fry the onion, add the sliced tomatoes, then the macaroni and diced ham.
Heat together and form into a round.
Fill with the cheese sauce and serve at once.
