Macaroni Or Spaghetti and Cheese Recipe

| Dry white wine | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onions | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Louisiana hot sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Lea & perrins worcestershire sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sausage | 1 Cup (16 tbs), smoked | |
| Mushrooms | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 4 cups and more grated cheeses, swiss, cheddar, and Romano, mixed | ||
Directions
Grease casserole with olive oil.
Beat eggs, adding wine, then all seasonings to liquid.
Mix all ingredients well.
Put in casserole and top with yellow cheese.
Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour.
