Directions

Thaw vegetables in strainer under hot running water.
In large saucepan cook the macaroni from the dinner mix in boiling salted water till tender; drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, in another saucepan melt the butter or margarine.
Blend in the flour and the cheese sauce packet from the dinner mix.
Gradually stir in the chicken broth and beer.
Add thawed vegetables and ham.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Stir in the cooked macaroni.
