Macaroni Cheese Fritters Vegetarian Recipe
Ingredients
| Macaroni | 225 Gram (For 4) | |
| Cheese | 55 Gram (For 4) | |
| Onion | 55 Gram (For 4) | |
| Green chillies | 5 Gram (For 4) | |
| Coriander leaves | 1/8 Bunch (100gm) (For 4) | |
| Bengal gram flour 55 gm. | ||
| Lime | 1/2 (For 4) | |
| Soda bicarbonate a pinch | ||
| Oil | 30 Milliliter (For 4) | |
Directions
1. Boil macaroni by the absorption method.
2. Make a thick batter with gram flour and water. Add chopped onion, coriander, chillies; also soda, macaroni, cheese and lime juice.
3. Heat oil. Drop teaspoons of mixture into hot oil. When brown remove. Drain and serve with chutney.
