Macaroni Broccoli Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Bacon slices | 2 , chopped | |
| Tomato juice | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 5 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Elbow macaroni | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Broccoli flowerettes - 1 1/2 cups | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Basil | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Parmesan cheese - grated, to sprinkle | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a Dutch oven brown bacon over medium heat.
2) Mix in the next 8 ingredients.
3) Boil the mixture.
4) Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes.
SERVING
5) Serve hot.
