Macaroni And Vegetable Recipe
Ingredients
| Gourd | 250 Gram | |
| 1/4 teaspoon chilli powder or 1 green chilli, chopped fine | ||
| Potato | 1 Large | |
| Macaroni | 6 , boiled | |
| Ghee | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1/4 teaspoon mango powder or 1/2 teaspoon pomegranate seed powder | ||
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Turmeric powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Peel and cut each parval into three pieces.
Peel the potato and cut it into smaller pieces than the vegetable.
Cut the boiled macaroni into one inch pieces.
Heat the ghee in a frying pan on a moderate fire.
Fry the potatoes for five minutes, add the vegetable, salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder, or green, chilli.
Reduce the fire and keep stirring; when the vegetable is half cooked, add half a cup of water.
Cover, and cook for ten minutes.
Add macaroni, and mango or pomegranate seed powder.
Stir and cook till ft begins to stick to the bottom.
