Macaroni And Tomato Recipe

| Macaroni | 15 , boiled | |
| 1/2 ginger, chopped fine | ||
| Ghee | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 green chilli, chopped fine | ||
| 1 large onion, chopped fine | ||
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Tomatoes | 2 , diced | |
| Green peas | 125 Gram, boiled | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Heat the ghee and fry the onion on a moderate fire.
Add the tomatoes, salt, ginger and green chilli.
Keep stirring for five or six minutes till the juice of the tomatoes is released.
Remove from the fire, add sugar, macaroni and peas.
