1 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2 In a medium bowl, add macaroni and cheese, 3/4 cup shredded cheese and the steak sauce; mix well.
3 In the center of a 8-by-8-by-2-inch baking dish, transfer the mixture.
4 In a medium skillet, heat butter and saute sliced onion and the frankfurters until onion is tender about 5 minutes.
5 Over the macaroni, arrange the frankfurters.
6 Arrange onion and cauliflower around macaroni.
7 Sprinkle cauliflower with salt, pepper and remaining Cheddar cheese.
8 Bake, uncovered for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
9 Serve hot.
