Macaroni And Cheese For Two Recipe
Ingredients
| 1-1/2 cups cooked elbow macaroni | ||
| Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 egg, lightly beaten | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine the macaroni, cheese, milk, egg and salt; mix well.
Pour into a greased 1-qt.shallow baking dish; dot with butter.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
