1 1/2 tbs. margarine
1 1/2 tbs. flour
1 cup milk
F.g. pepper
3/4 c. grated cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. buttered crumbs
Directions
1. Melt margarine, blend in flour, salt and pepper
2. Add milk and stir over low heat until thick
3. Add grated cheese, stir until melted
4. Add macaroni to sauce, turn into a greased casserole and cover with buttered crumbs and brown in hot oven
