 Italian or french bread slices8 (1/2 inch slices)
 Butter1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted (or margarine)
 Macadamia nuts1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped

Combine eggs, juice, milk, sugar, vanilla, and nutmeg in a medium bowl, mix well.
Set aside.
Arrange bread slices in a 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish, pour egg mixture over bread.
Cover and refrigerate.
Pour butter evenly in a jellyroll pan, arrange bread in a single layer in pan.
Sprinkle with nuts, bake at 400° about 25 minutes.
