Macadamia Nut Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

 
1/4 cup butter
 
1/4 cup Hawaiian macadamia nuts, sliced
 
1 tbs. parsley, chopped
 
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
 
Sprinkle of nutmeg

Directions

Melt butter slowly in skillet, until butter, oil and curd is separated.
Spoon off the oil, which is drawn butter.
Saute nuts in the drawn butter until just golden brown.
Stir in remaining ingredients and serve over sauteed fish fillets.
