Macadamia Nut Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 -170 g boneless, skinless chicken breasts | ||
| Macadamia nuts | 125 Milliliter | |
| Parmesan cheese | 60 Milliliter, grated | |
| 250 ml fine dry bread crumbs | ||
| Melted butter | 60 Milliliter | |
Directions
Wash and pat dry the chicken breasts.
Combine the nuts, cheese and bread crumbs in a small mixing bowl.
Dip the chicken in the melted butter, then dredge through the crumb mixture.
Place into a small casserole dish.
Bake in a preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 40-45 minutes or until chicken is golden brown.
Serve at once with an Apricot Raspberry Sauce.
