Directions
1. On a chopping board, peel off the outer skin of the lychees and cut it in half. Remove the seed and place the halves in a bowl.
2. In a blender, add the cut lychees, sliced banana and soy milk, blend this for 20 seconds until well combined.
3. Add honey and blend until smooth.
SERVING
4. Serve the lychee banana smoothie chilled or at room temperature in a smoothie glass.
