 Rockmelon1
 Lychees2 Cup (16 tbs), drained
 Mint2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Sweet white wine3/4 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

1. Peel and seed rockmelon, cut flesh into cubes.
2. In a large bowl combine rockmelon, lychees and mint.
3. Pour over wine, toss well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
