Lychee and Rockmelon Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Rockmelon | 1 | |
| Lychees | 2 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| Mint | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Sweet white wine | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
1. Peel and seed rockmelon, cut flesh into cubes.
2. In a large bowl combine rockmelon, lychees and mint.
3. Pour over wine, toss well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
