Lutefisk
Salted water
Salt, to taste
Butter
Directions
Remove any bones or skin on lutefisk.
Cut fish into serving pieces.
Soak overnight in salted water.
Take directly out of water (do not rinse) and place on aluminum foil.
Season with salt and butter, then wrap in foil.
Bake in a 350°F oven 30 minutes.
