| Golden egg-custard mix - 1 pkg | ||
| Milk | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Orange flavoured extract - 1/2 tsp | ||
| Orange peel | 1/4 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Sponge-cake dessert cups - 8 | ||
| Orange flavoured liqueur - 1/4 cup | ||
| Orange marmalade | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Strawberries | 4 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Frozen whipped topping | 2 Cup (16 tbs), thawed | |
| Whipped topping - to decorate | ||
| Fresh whole strawberries - to decorate | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a bowl, add the custard and stir milk into it; microwave for five minutes at HIGH without the lid; stir it afterwards
2. Microwave it again for another three minutes till the mixture boils and stir in orange extract and peel into it; allow to cool and refrigerate for fifteen minutes
3. In a two and a half quart glass serving bowl arrange four sponge cake dessert cups and prick all over wth a fork
4. Drizzle half of the orange liqueur on the cakes, top with half the orange marmalade and half the strawberries
5. Pour half of the custard sauce over the strawberries and repeat all the layers one by one; spread a layer of whipped cream on top and refrigerate for a few hours

6. Top with more whipped cream and whole strawberries before serving
