Luscious Chocolate Mousse Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Chocolate | 1 8 inch, prepared | |
| Semi-sweet chocolate morsels | 2 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), divided | |
| Heavy whipping cream | 2 Cup (16 tbs), divided | |
| Powdered sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Chocolate Drizzle | ||
Directions
MICROWAVE 2 cups morsels and 3/4 cup cream in large, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH (100%) power for 1 minute; stir.
Microwave at additional 10- to 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth; cool to room temperature.
BEAT remaining cream, powdered sugar and vanilla in chilled small mixer bowl until soft peaks form.
Fold 2 cups whipped cream into chocolate mixture.
Spoon into crust; swirl top.
Garnish with remaining whipped cream; chill until firm.
Garnish with Chocolate Drizzle; let stand a few minutes before serving.
Makes 8 servings.
