| Seedless green grapes | 1 pound | |
| Almonds | 1 6 Ounce, salted | |
Directions
1. In small saucepan, evenly sprinkle gelatin over water; let stand 1 minute to soften gelatin slightly. Over medium heat, cook, stirring frequently, until gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove saucepan from heat; set aside.
2. Into large bowl, press cottage cheese through fine sieve; add cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, lemon peel, salt, and gelatin mixture; with mixer at medium speed, beat until smooth. Pour mixture into 4-cup mold or bowl; cover and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.
