Filipino Spring Rolls Recipe Video

Lumpiang shanghai is one of my favorite finger food. This pinoy recipe is very popular for Filipinos. If you are in the Philippines, you can even buy this as a street food. It is being sold along the busy streets of Pasig City.

Ingredients

 
ground pork,chopped carrots, chopped garlic, chopped onion, kinchay, egg, salt, and pepper, chedder cheese, spring roll wrappers.

Directions

A.Mix all of the ingredients with the exception of the cheddar cheese.
B.Wrap the mixture using the lumpia wrapper and put one stick of the cheddar cheese in the middle of the mixture.
C.Seal the end using egg white.
D.Deep fry until golden brown.
E.Serve with some sweet and sour dip or ketchup.
