Lumberjack Chili Recipe
Ingredients

| Onion | 1 Large, diced | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 To taste, diced | |
| Celery stalks | 4 , diced | |
| Tomato juice large can | 1 | |
| Whole tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Red kidney beans | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| Chili powder | 2 Tablespoon | |

| Celery salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Italian seasoning | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Brown beef and drain well.
Saute" onion, green pepper, and celery.
Combine all in large saucepot with remaining ingredients.
Simmer for about 1 hour.
Freezes well, and is very good reheated.
