Ingredients

 Pasta shells1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), cooked, drained
 Green pepper1 To taste
 Crabmeat1 pound, flaked
 1 tablespoon of capers, rinsed in water and drained
 1 cup of mayonnaise mixed with
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Salt To Taste
 A good pinch of cayenne pepper
 Boston lettuce leaves4
 Pimentos2 , cut into strips
 2 hard-cooked eggs, quartered

Directions

Combine everything up to the lettuce leaves; mix thoroughly but gently.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Line a bowl with the lettuce leaves.
Spoon in the pasta and crabmeat mixture, and garnish with the pimento strips and hard-cooked eggs.
