Lucifer Crepes Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Orange juice | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 6 crepes | ||
| Orange peel | 2 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Grand marnier | 2 Ounce | |
Directions
In a large frying pan, melt butter and sugar.
Add orange and lemon juices.
Simmer 7 minutes.
Fold crepes in four.
Place in frying pan.
Cook 2 minutes.
Add orange peel.
Set aside.
In a small saucepan, heat Grand Marnier.
Pour over crepes.
Flambe, stirring pan until flames extinguish.
Add orange and lemon juices.
