Luau Ribs Recipe

I got to try out this luau ribs at my friend's place. My God, it was simply mind blowing! Trust me when I say, you have to try luau ribs.

Ingredients

 
1 can (13 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple
 
1/4 cup molasses
 
1/4 cup Dijon-style mustard
 
1 teaspoon MSG
 
3 tablespoons lemon juice
 
3 tablespoons soy sauce
 
2 tablespoons Worcestershire: sauce
 
Dash of pepper
 
4 pounds spareribs or loin back ribs

Directions

For glaze combine all ingredients except spareribs and set aside.
Salt ribs; place bone side down on grill over slow coals.
Keep an eye on heat, as ribs tend to dry out and char with too much heat.
Grill about 20 minutes, turn meat side down and grill until browned, about 10 minutes.
Turn meat side up, and brush with the pineapple glaze.
Continue grilling without turning for 30-45 minutes or until meat is well done.
Loin back ribs will take longer.
Slide a piece of foil under thinner end of ribs if done before thicker end
