Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan, stir in vinegar and horseradish.
Slowly stir in hot water and honey.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.
Beat egg yolk.
Gradually stir about one-fourth of hot mixture into yolk, add to remaining hot mixture, stirring constantly.
Cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute.
Cover and chill mixture 2 to 3 hours.
