Low-Fat Chocolate Pudding Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1 (4 ounce) package chocolate sugar-free pudding mix
1 (2 layer) package low fat chocolate cake mix
1/2 cup crushed walnuts or pecans (optional)
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
Prepare the pudding mix in a mixing bowl using the package directions.
Add the dry cake mix and beat until smooth.
Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 inch cake pan.
Sprinkle walnuts and chocolate chips over the top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until cake tests done.
