Ingredients

 
1/4 Butter
 
1/4 applesauce
 
2 eggs
 
2t. skim milk
 
3/4c light brown sugar
 
2-3 medium bananas, mashed
 
1 3/4c flour
 
2t. baking powder
 
1/2t baking soda
 
1/4t salt

Directions

1. Mix butter, applesauce, milk, mashed bananas, eggs, brown sugar. Add flour and whisk it together.
2. Add baking powder and baking soda. Add some salt. Mix it well.
3. Grease a pan and pour the batter into it.
4. Bake it for about an hour or until the bread is done at 350 F.

You did not tell how much baking soda and baking powder, just that you needed both.
