¼ lb scallops
2 lb shrimps (peeled and de-veined)
2 cups rice
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Garlic – 3 tbsp (chopped)
Green pepper -1 (chopped)
Celery (chopped)
Salt
Pepper

Green chillies (chopped)
Chicken stock – ½ cup
Bread crumbs

Directions
Take a pan and boil the shrimps. Cook for 5-6 minutes till the shrimps are done. Drain the excess water and keep aside.
Take a pan and add oil. Add chopped onion, garlic, green pepper, celery and stir. Let cook. Add scallops. Stir. Put the mixture into a mixing bowl. Add bacon, diced tomatoes, green chillies, cooked rice and shrimps. Mix well. Add ½ cup of chicken stock (so that it stays moist after cooking).
Take a greased baking dish and put in the rice mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for ½ an hour. Top with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
