Low-Cholesterol Dip Recipe
Low cholestrol dip - something for the health conscious lot. This dip don’t have anything that is prone to bring the cholestrol level high and I love this recipe because it is way too simple. Try this low cholestrol dip with fresh vegetables.
Ingredients
| 1 Cup Low-Fat, Small-Curd Cottage Cheese | ||
| Celery salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 Cups Reduced-Fat, Cholesterol-Free Mayonnaise | ||
| Garlic salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley chopped | |
| Hot pepper sauce | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper white | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Fresh Vegetables, For Dipping | ||
Directions
In a medium mixing bowl, beat cottage cheese on low speed of electric mixer until smooth.
Add mayonnaise, onion, white pepper, celery salt, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, salt and hot pepper sauce, mix well.
Refrigerate, covered, at least 8 hours to let flavors blend.
Serve with fresh vegetables, such as carrot and celery sticks and broccoli and cauliflower florets.
