Low-Calorie Onion Soup Dip Recipe

Ingredients
Yogurt - 1 cup
Diet cottage cheese - 1 cup
Dry onion- soup mix - 3 tablespoons
Chili powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Directions
MAKING
1) In medium bowl, combine yoghurt and cottage cheese until well blended.
2) Add the dry onion-soup mix and chili powder.
3) Cover the dip and refrigerate for 3 hours, to chill well and to let flavor develop.
SERVING
4) Serve on tray with an assortment of crisp vegetables and chilled shrimp.
