Low-Calorie Italian Dressing Recipe

This low calorie italian dressing is a lovely and light salad dressing prepared with wine vinegar base. Herbed with a three herb medley and flavored with mustard and garlic, the low calorie italian dressing is great with light and crispy salads.

Ingredients

 
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
 
1/2 tsp. fruit juice concentrate
 
1/2 tsp. oregano
 
1/4 tsp. basil
 
1/4 tsp. tarragon
 
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
 
1/4 tsp. black pepper
 
1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
 
3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
 
1/2 cup vinegar

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend at top speed for 2 minutes. Chill

I can't imagine a WHOLE cup of vinegar is what the chef intended. I would start with the 1/2 cup and go from there, Maybe even 1/4 cup. . .

Do you really use 2 different vinegars? This recipe shows red wine vinegar at the top and vinegar at the bottom???
