Ingredients
3 tablespoons salad oil
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
1 cup grapefruit juice, divided
2 teaspoons cornstarch
Directions
Combine salad oil, salt, sugar, paprika, dry mustard, and hot sauce in small mixing bowl.
Blend together 1/2 cup grapefruit juice and 2 teaspoons cornstarch in small saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
Add to salad oil mixture; beat with rotary beater until smooth.
Beat in remaining 1/2 cup grapefruit juice.
