Low Salt Low Fat Chicken Italian Recipe
Ingredients
1 3 to 3 1/2 pound whole frying chicken, skinned
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 tablespoon oregano
2 tablespoons dry white wine
Pepper to taste
Directions
Cut the chicken in half.
Blend marinade of all the remaining ingredients.
Soak chicken for 10 minutes.
Bake in greased pan at 375° for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until browned and tender.
Begin with Pasta Primavera simply omit the salt, and cut down on the oil.
Add Herbed Cheese Spread on toast squares, a dry red wine, and you have a lovely meal.
You might enjoy a green salad as well.
