Low Fat Throw Together Meal Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 head cabbage couple small potatoes, chopped
 
1 small can diced tomatoes and chilies
 
1/2 cup celery
 
1/2 cup chopped onions
 
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
 
2 Tbsp. picante sauce

Directions

Cover with water; bring to boil and cook until tender.
Season with garlic, pepper and whatever spices you like.
For additional vegetable bulk, add whatever is leftover in refrigerator (i.e.rice, green beans, peas, macaroni).
Fix a salad and you have a very low-fat meal
