 Lettuce
 Low-fat creamed cottage cheese - 1/2 cup

Directions

MAKING
1 Fillet the sardines.
2 On a lettuce-lined plate, arrange the sardine fillets
3 Add a scoop of cottage cheese.

SERVING
4 Serve garnished with lemon wedges and parsley (optional)
