Directions
For pastry
1. Preheat oven to 425° F.
For pastry shell
1. Preheat oven to 475° F.
MAKING
2. Cream in water and oil, add to flour, and using a fork toss. Shape into 2 balls.
3. Place the dough between two 12-inch square waxed paper and roll out into a circle that will fit into a 9-inch pie plate.
4. Remove the top paper, invert the dough into pie plate, and discard the bottom paper.
5. Fill as desired and cover with the second rolled out dough.
SERVING
For pastry
6. Seal the edges, insert few gashes on the top, and bake for 35 minutes or until brown.
For pastry shells
6. Flute the edges, prick dough surface and bake for 12 minutes or until brown.
