Low Fat Meat Loaf Recipe
|Catsup||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ground turkey||3 Pound|
|Onion||1 Medium, finely chopped|
|Carrot||1 , finely chopped|
|Celery stalk||1 , finely chopped|
|Soy sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Egg white||1⁄2 Large|
|White bread slice||2 , torn into large pieces (Fresh)|
|Packaged breadcrumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated romano cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|

Spray two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans with cooking spray.
Reserve 1/4 cup of the catsup for the top of the meat loaf.
In a large bowl, stir together the ground turkey, remaining catsup, and all remaining ingredients in the order given.
Mix until well combined.
Pack the turkey mixture into the prepared pans and spread the reserved catsup over the tops.
Set the loaf pans on a baking tray and fill the tray with 1/4 inch of water to keep the meat loaves from drying out.
Bake for 1 hour.
If the tops of the meat loaves are not golden, turn on the broiler for a few minutes.
Carefully drain any liquid from the pans.
Let the meat loaves stand for 5 to 10 minutes before removing from the pans.
