Low-Fat Hollandaise Sauce Recipe

Low-Fat Hollandaise Sauce is best when serves as soon as it is prepared over fresh vegetables or asparagus. You can add more honey if you want the Low-Fat Hollandaise Sauce to taste more sweeter. Enjoy having it!

Ingredients

 
10 1/2-0Z pkg (315 g) Silken Soft Tofu, drained
 
4 tbs (60 ml) plain nonfat yogurt
 
2 tbs (30 ml) yellow mustard
 
1 tbs plus
 
1 tsp (20 ml) white wine Worcestershire sauce
 
2 dashes white pepper dash cayenne pepper
 
1 tbs (15 ml) lemon juice
 
1 tbs (15 ml) honey

Directions

In a blender or a food processor, whip all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Heat sauce thoroughly and spoon immediately over fresh cooked asparagus or any other fresh vegetables.
