 Egg whites2

Directions

MAKING
1. Prepare a mixture of bananas with sugar, pineapple juice, salt, cognac, lemon juice and ginger.
2. Fold egg whites into banana mixture.
3. Make into 8 equal portions, transfer to sherbet cups, and freeze until set.

SERVING
4. Serve Frozen Banana Dessert with a generous topping of honey and roasted almonds pieces.
