Ingredients

 Low fat plain yogurt2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Instant vanilla pudding1 Ounce
 Berries1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Equal - 3 sachets, or Sugar Substitute - 3 sachets

Directions

MAKING
1) Into a bowl, mix together the yogurt, pudding, berries and equal into a blender and blend till smooth
2) Pour into a dish and place in the refrigerator to chill

SERVING
3) Serve chilled with a garnish of berry of one's choice
