Low Fat Bean Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Pinto beans | 1 Can (10oz), drained, rinsed | |
| 3 tablespoons chopped green onions | ||
| Mayonnaise | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1-1/2 teaspoons seeded minced jalapeno pepper | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
Transfer to a serving bowl.
Use raw vegetables or tortilla chips for dipping.
