Low Country Boil Recipe
This Low Country Boil is something I would like to make for myself! In fact, all my friends and folks love it for its blend of flavors. Give it a try and treat your loved ones!
Ingredients
| Shrimp crab | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Hot Polish type sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces | ||
| Corn on the cob, broken in half | ||
| Raw, unpeeled shrimp | ||
Directions
Fill a large pot with enough water to cover ingredients.
Add crab and shrimp boil.
When water comes to a boil, add sausage and corn.
Boil 10 minutes.
Add shrimp.
Boil 2 to 3 minutes, until shrimp turns pink. (Long cooking toughens shrimp.)
Remove and drain sausage, corn and shrimp.
