LOW CARB Italian Stuffed Zucchini Recipe Video

Ingredients
1/2 large zucchini squash
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup cooked ground beef
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
3 tablespoons pasta sauce
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
2- Using a spoon remove the seeds from 1/2 of a large zucchini squash.
3- Mix the ricotta, ground beef and spices together.
4- Spread out 1 tablespoon of pasta sauce in the bottom of the squash.
5- Place the filling into the squash and spread out.
6- Spread out 1 tablespoon of pasta sauce on top of the filling.
7- sprinkle 1/4 cup of grated cheese over the top.
8- Spread out 1 tablespoon of pasta sauce over the grated cheese.
9- Spread out 1 tablespoon of pasta sauce over the top
10- Place the stuffed squash into a baking dish containing a few tablespoons of water and bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees
