Ingredients

 Wheat flour1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 cup Bajra Flour
 1/2 cup Moong Sprouts
 Carrot1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Capsicum1 , finely chopped
 Lime juice1 Teaspoon
 Garam masala powder1 Teaspoon
 Onion1 , sliced
 Tomato1 , sliced
 1 small piece sliced Cucumber
 Black pepper powder1/2 Teaspoon
 Cumin powder1/2 Teaspoon
 1 tsp crushed Ginger Chilli
 Turmeric powder1 Pinch
 1 pinch Soda-Bicarbonate
 Water2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt To Taste
 Coriander leaves1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (For Green Chutney :)
 Mint leaves1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (For Green Chutney :)
 Cumin seeds1 Teaspoon (For Green Chutney :)
 2 tbsp Ginger, Garlic, and Green chilli paste
 Salt and Sugar to taste
 Salt To Taste

Directions

To prepare the filling
1. mix moong sprouts, carrot, capsicum, garam masala powder, lime juice and salt.
2. Mix wheat flour, bajra flour, cumin powder, black pepper powder, salt, soda bi carb, ginger chilli paste, turmeric powder and water. Mix well.
3. Boil on low heat, stirring continuously until water gets absorbed and becomes a smooth dough. Keep aside for cooling.
4. Make 12 square slices from dough (like a bread slice).
5. Spread chutney on every slice.
6. Spread filling on one slice and put slices of onion, tomato and cucumber on it. Cover with another slice.
7. With same procedure, prepare six sandwiches.
8. Toast in an electric sandwich maker.
