Ingredients

 Yogurt, plain, low-fat - 1/3 cup
 Mayonnaise, with reduced calorie - 2 tablespoons
 Chili Sauce2 Tablespoon
 Sweet pepper, green/red, finely chopped – 1 tablespoon
 Onion1 Tablespoon, finley chopped
 Skim milk1 Tablespoon
 Paprika1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1) In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, mayonnaise and chili sauce.
2) Combine with this the chopped pepper, onion, skim milk, paprika (and the chopped egg white, if desired).
3) Pour the mixture in spoonfuls into a small bowl.
4) Seal/cover it and refrigerate for up to 1 week.

SERVING
5)Toss with salads or use as desired.
