Low Calorie Strawberry Tarts Recipe
Ingredients
1 4-serving envelope low-calorie vanilla pudding mix
2 cups reconstituted nonfat dry milk
1/2 teaspoon imitation strawberry extract
1/4 teaspoon red food coloring
1 envelope from a 2 1/2-ounce package low-calorie dessert topping mix
8 Petal Meringue Shells
1 cup sliced strawberries
3/4 cup quartered seedless green grapes
8 meringue stars
Directions
Prepare pudding, using the 2 cups reconstituted milk, according to package directions.
Stir in extract and food coloring.
Cover surface with waxed paper; cool to room temperature.
Prepare dessert topping mix according to package directions; fold into pudding.
Chill.
At serving time, spoon pudding mixture into Petal Meringue Shells.
Top with strawberry slices, grapes, and meringue stars.
