Low Calorie Spinach Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen chopped spinach package | 1 , thawed | |
| 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt | ||
| 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese | ||
| Milk fat | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green onions | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 3 tablespoons lite mayonnaise | ||
| Dill | 1/2 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Seasoned salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground pepper | 1 To taste | |
Directions
Drain spinach well.
In a medium bowl mix spinach with yogurt.
In a blender container puree cottage cheese with enough milk to make of consistency of sour cream.
Add to spinach mixture with parsley, green onions, mayonnaise, dill, seasoned salt and pepper; mix well.
Cover.
Refrigerate for 5 hours to overnight.
