Low-Calorie Pineapple Salad Recipe

Ingredients
2 packages (3 oz. each) lemon-flavored gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 can (1 lb.) grapefruit sections, drained
1 can (about 8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups (1 pt.) plain or pineappleflavored low-fat yogurt
Salad greens for garnish
Directions
Combine the gelatin with the boiling water and stir until completely dissolved.
Add the drained grapefruit and the drained pineapple; mix until well blended.
Chill until the mixture is thick and syrupy.
Add the yogurt and beat with a rotary beater just until the yogurt is mixed smoothly into the gelatin.
Turn into a 1 1/2-quart ring mold or other mold and chill until firm.
