Low Calorie Orange Pineapple Sherbet Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 can (6 oz.) frozen unsweetened orange juice concentrate
 
1 can (6 oz.) frozen unsweetened pineapple juice concentrate
 
3 1/2 cups cold water
 
2 teaspoons liquid Sucaryl solution, or 48 tablets crushed
 
1 cup non-fat dry milk solids

Directions

Set refrigerator control at coldest setting.
Put all ingredients in a 2-quart mixing bowl in order given.
Beat just enough to blend.
Pour into ice trays; freeze 1-2 hours until half-frozen.
Remove to large, chilled mixing bowl.
Beat on low speed until mixture is softened, then beat on high speed 3-5 minutes until creamy but not liquid.
Pour into freezer containers or ice cube trays.
Freeze.
