Low Calorie Orange Pineapple Sherbet Recipe
Ingredients
| Juice concentrate | 1 Can (10oz), frozen | |
| Juice concentrate | 1 Can (10oz), frozen | |
| Cold water | 3 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 teaspoons liquid Sucaryl solution, or 48 tablets crushed | ||
| 1 cup non-fat dry milk solids | ||
Directions
Set refrigerator control at coldest setting.
Put all ingredients in a 2-quart mixing bowl in order given.
Beat just enough to blend.
Pour into ice trays; freeze 1-2 hours until half-frozen.
Remove to large, chilled mixing bowl.
Beat on low speed until mixture is softened, then beat on high speed 3-5 minutes until creamy but not liquid.
Pour into freezer containers or ice cube trays.
Freeze.
