Low Calorie Onion Soup Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| Plain yogurt | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 cup skim-milk cottage cheese | ||
| 3 tablespoons dry onion-soup mix | ||
| Chili powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Chopped parsley | ||
Directions
1. In medium bowl, combine yogurt and cottage cheese until well blended. Stir in soup mix and chili powder.
2. Refrigerate dip, covered, 3 hours, to chill well and to let flavor develop.
3. Arrange on tray with an assortment of crisp vegetables. Sprinkle dip with chopped parsley. Makes 2 cups dip; 13 calories per tablespoon.
